1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mink-Bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Mink-Bot provides AI telephony services on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription and Billing

The Service is billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

4. Account Sharing Policy (Strict Enforcement)

Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

Our service relies on individualized access. If we detect that you are sharing your account credentials or PIN with others, the following actions will be taken:

• 1st Offense: A formal warning is issued to your account email.
• 2nd Offense: The account is instantly locked, preventing any further use of the Service.
• Resolution: Locked accounts can be disputed by contacting support at support@minkbot.com or unlocked immediately by paying an "Unlock Fee" via your account dashboard.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.
